Having a strong policy handbook is a vital component to family child care providers. This course will examine how to create your own policy manual and contract or revise your current policy manual and contract to increase its effectiveness. Through small and large group discussions, exploring examples of policy manuals and contracts, participants will develop strategies to help with enforcing your policies.
